Color + Material Design

I had the pleasure to work with Jonah Hill to recreate his favorite adidas silhouette, the Samba. This footwear model draws inspiration from Jonah’s childhood in the 90s and his affinity for skateboarding culture. I wanted to keep this silhouette classic in its materials, but yet feel premium by using a leather upper and suede overlays and adding his handwriting to replace the traditional Samba logo for it to feel personal to him.
